Learning period

New agents start by learning: Intertrace records what they need, proposes access from evidence, and a person locks it in.

Statuses

  1. 1

    Learning

Reads and reversible changes not granted yet are recorded; consequential ones ask.

  2. 2

    Review

The window has closed and a proposal is ready for a person.

  3. 3

    Staged

The proposal is applied only if staging would have blocked nothing.

  4. 4

    Locked

A person locked in the reviewed access.

Evidence and readiness

Observed calls are evidence, not permission. Only clean calls and calls a person approved support a grant. Calls a person denied propose blocks. Calls that were blocked every time, or flagged, are not proposed.

Readiness is measured, not counted: days observed, conversations, how often new tools still appear, and calls since the last new tool.

Lock-in

Lock in from the learning card on the agent page. The request must quote the hash of the proposal you reviewed, replays the learning window first, and can be staged instead of applied.
