Do you run inside my VPC?
SaaS receives traffic and telemetry over HTTPS at Intertrace-hosted edges. Self-hosted / private gateway pilots exist for composition — talk to us for enterprise deploy shapes.
Do you replace my agents or IDEs?
No. Point OpenAI-compatible clients at Intertrace, mint itr_rt_*, and keep building in Cursor, Claude, LiteLLM, etc.
What is Red Team vs Assessments vs Findings?
Use Labs / Red Team for a fast multi-turn attack on a specific agent. Use Labs / Assessments Quick Check to prove Intertrace is on, and OWASP / Full to run NVIDIA Garak against that agent through Intertrace. Use Work / Findings for the detection inbox, and reports/exports for evidence packs.
Why is my dashboard empty?
No traces have been received yet, or the API key does not match your organization. Complete onboarding and run the test connection.
Can I use a runtime key with itr?
No. itr_rt_* authenticates https://intertrace.fly.dev only. Control-plane routes reject those keys with runtime_key_not_allowed. Mint an org API key in Settings → API keys. Control plane.
Does imported Cursor spend count against my budget?
No. Costs → Imported is a sidecar. It never 402s the gateway. Provider invoices remain the commercial source of truth.
What is Guardian vs Work vs Labs?
Guardian watches your AI traffic and estate, then recommends what to do next. Work is the findings inbox — a recommendation becomes a finding only when someone on your team creates it. Labs is on-demand red team and assessments, not the always-on review. See Guardian.
