/dashboard/costs summarizes observed token/gateway usage attributed to your org’s runtime traffic. Empty until clients send completions through Intertrace.

Imported is a sidecar for Cursor, Claude, and Codex spend you upload (itr usage import --file cursor.csv). It is not a Fly bill and never 402s the gateway budget.
